About Wellbuilt Systems

Wellbuilt Systems is an operations partner that builds custom software so you can focus on growth. We work with founder-run businesses to identify useful opportunities, build custom AI systems around their tools and processes, and operate those systems with them through an ongoing relationship.

Some systems reduce busywork. Others support retention, follow-up, and commercial decisions. We start with a discovery conversation and, where there is a fit, a paid two-week pilot in one lane. People set the direction and the permissions for what each system can do.

Wellbuilt Systems is operated as a service of Wellhaircare LLC, a California limited liability company, founded and run by Ian Tidwell. Our registered business address is 2108 N St, Ste N, Sacramento, CA 95816.

Google Ads API

For clients who authorize it, Wellbuilt accesses their Google Ads accounts through the Google Ads API under a manager link to the Wellbuilt Systems Google Ads manager account. We use that access to monitor spend, track performance, identify anomalies, generate optimization recommendations, and (where the client has approved it) execute changes to those campaigns on the client's behalf. We use Google API data only to run the client's advertising better. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
